I’m a freelance art writer based in Manchester. I have written for titles including Frieze, Art Monthly, Aesthetica, AN, The Double Negative, and Corridor8, and undertake independent writing commissions from artists and galleries.
I’m also Exhibitions Editor at Creative Tourist – a preview-based arts and travel site that covers cultural events and destinations across the North. And co-founder and editor of the Fourdrinier – an Arts Council England funded online magazine about artists who work with paper, and a mentoring scheme for early-career artists and writers. I run this in association with PAPER Gallery Manchester.
I have previously worked for arts organisations including Liverpool Biennial and Manchester Art Gallery, and was regional editor at Corridor8 between 2017 and 2019.
